Siddarth Iyer

I am a second-year Robotics PhD student at the Autonomous Agents and Distributed Intelligence Lab at Oregon State University. I am advised by Professor Kagan Tumer, and a recipient of the ARCS Fellowship.

I received my BS in Computer Science from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA. During my undergrad, I worked on modeling Search and Rescue missions using Bayesian Networks with Prof. Franz Kurfess. I also began working in Prof. Kagan Tumer’s lab in 2023 through Oregon State's Robotics REU.

My research focuses on training multiagent teams to adapt online under non-stationary dynamics. I develop algorithms grounded in multiagent reinforcement learning, meta-reinforcement learning, and quality-diversity that enable agents to generalize across changing environments and tasks.
